LIFE AT LION ASSET MANAGEMENT
It’s not all work at Lion Asset Management. We like to place a strong emphasis on ensuring that people can play as hard as we expect them to work.
Most employees are members of the gym located in the same building, where they receive discounted membership. We make sure we look after our people by offering healthy meals cooked by a chef, as well as the chance to relax with a regular free massage.
All of our teams enjoy social events, whether that is rock climbing, cocktail making, abseiling, skippering a yacht or whatever new event the latest member of the team can come up with.
We also meet together away from the office at least twice a year to discuss the company’s strategy, to learn from each other, but most of all to have some fun together.
We pride ourselves on the fact that we have very high retention rates of employees and we think this is because our people have a large amount of autonomy in their roles and because we strive to make Lion Asset Management an enjoyable and satisfying place to work.[contact-form][contact-field label=’Name’ type=’name’ required=’1’/][contact-field label=’Email’ type=’email’ required=’1’/][contact-field label=’Website’ type=’url’/][contact-field label=’Comment’ type=’textarea’ required=’1’/][contact-field label=’Please enter your interest’ type=’checkbox-multiple’ options=’Sales and Investor Relations Manager,Malta Interview,UK Interview’/][/contact-form]
